• Ecclesall Road Vibe: The proximity to Ecclesall Road is unbeatable. You are literally a stone’s throw away from all the vibrant independent shops, endless cafes, amazing restaurants, and lively bars. It makes student life feel so much more fun and convenient.
• University Access: The location is fantastic for students at both universities. It’s a short, easy walk to the Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus, and just a 5-10 minute walk to the main University of Sheffield buildings and Students’ Union. This cut down my commute time immensely.

The building itself is modern, secure, and thoughtfully designed:

• High Standard of Refurbishment: My apartment was newly refurbished and finished to a really high standard. Everything felt clean, modern, and built to last. The open-plan kitchen/living area was a great size for socialising and had all the modern appliances we needed (some apartments even include a dishwasher!).
• Bills-Inclusive & Stress-Free: The Bills-inclusive rent was a massive benefit. Not having to worry about splitting bills for Enedrgy, water, Wi-Fi made the whole year incredibly simple.
• On-Site Gym: Having a free on-site gym was a huge perk! It saves money on a gym membership and is so convenient for a quick workout without having to leave the building.
• Security & Safety: The secure key-fob access and CCTV monitoring throughout the complex made me feel very safe and secure, which is important when living in the city.

The overall package at Broomgrove Apartments—the incredible location right next to Ecclesall Road, the modern and well-equipped apartments, and the fantastic included amenities like the gym—made it the perfect choice for my time at university. Highly recommended!
